1. Overview
Fettschrift is a global online platform operated by ELEVEN EIGHTY NINE LTD . The platform allows creators, brands, and individuals to design, sell, and purchase custom merchandise produced on demand.
By accessing or using the Fettschrift website or services you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

2. Services
Fettschrift provides design, print-on-demand, fulfilment and delivery of products through third-party production partners such as Printful. All products are made to order; no minimum quantities are required.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without liability.

3. User Accounts
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Intellectual Property
All designs uploaded by users remain their property. By uploading, you grant ELEVEN EIGHTY NINE LTD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to produce, display and distribute those designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and promoting your merchandise within the Fettschrift platform.
All website content, branding, and software remain the intellectual property of ELEVEN EIGHTY NINE LTD and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are shown in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise. Payments may be made by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal or other supported gateways. Creators on premium plans may set their own retail prices; Fettschrift retains a fixed profit margin per item.
Prices and fees may change without notice.

6. Production & Delivery
Products are printed and shipped by third-party partners from fulfilment centres located in Europe and other regions worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination. We are not responsible for customs delays or import duties outside the UK/EU.

7. Returns & Refunds
Because all products are printed to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except for items that are defective or damaged in transit. To request a replacement, contact support within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details.

8. Subscriptions
Optional paid plans provide additional branding features and services. Subscription fees are billed automatically according to the plan selected and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.

9. Prohibited Use
Users must not upload or sell content that is illegal, hateful, infringing, or violates any third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove such content or suspend accounts without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability
Fettschrift is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order concerned.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
